Algiers Point Street Tiles
I love these old street tiles that can be found throughout Algiers Point.
Dating back to the 1870s, many of the tiles have been lost or damaged over the years, but the remaining tiles are a reminder of a time when street signs weren’t just for cars. These can’t be seen by drivers, but are instead a throw back to the days when more people walked their neighborhoods.
